The Multi-Card Reader doesn’t read Memory Stick Pro

Have the same netbook. She says it is fast cos it has a solid state drive, well infact it has 2. The 1.6ghz may not seem fast but she fails to mention that it is dualcore, so it isn’t as bad as it sounds. This is a brilliant netbook that does run some games and runs google earth including street view supprisingly well. It only takes it about 40secs to boot from off to the last program loaded

super duper fast? ha

12 gb ssd FAST?? ur talking about capacity not the RPM.
-
So you are sayin that a SSD not faster then sata and ides?

super duper ass

I have an EEE 901. It is NOT dual core. The Atom N270 CPU utilizes hyperthreading technology, which SIMULATES two cores.
-
The dual SSDs on this particular model have slower write speeds than a standard 7200 RPM HDD.
This is not what mannypacute24 was talking about.
mannypacute24 is referring to when Sam talked about the 12 GB capacity of “the SSD”, and then made a comment about their speed being “super duper fast”, as if the fact that they could hold 12 GB between them was a measurement of speed. Obviously, it was not.
-
thanks ramarlv200 thats what i mean. i am referring for a MEASUREMENT. Storage:CAPACITY Speed:RPM you cannot interchange the measurement for speed and storage, and you cannot always say that the bigger storage is the faster one.
-
although that is the case in SSD. The bigger the storage on them usually means they are faster due to the way MLC and SLC works.
-
wtf tell people about that it also comes with linux preintalled. What a noob?
-
There is no RPM on SSD. That’s why it’s SOLID STATE drive. Dipshit..
Yes, it’s a fuck of a lot faster than any moving HD. -
if it was pronounced asoos would’nt it be spelt asoos? and the 901 is amazing… can run most games pre 2004
